Ross Winters

Ross Winters (recorders) and Richard Leigh Harris (piano) will perform Alan Bush's Sonatina for Recorders and Piano (Op. 82) (1975) at a concert on Wednesday 28th April 2004 at 6pm at the Birmingham Conservatoire, UK. Thea Barton and Victoria Nair-Price (recorders) will also play. The work was commissioned by Ross Winters who played it last February in Norwich.

Li-wei Qin

As previously reported, Alan Bush's Concert Piece for Cello and Piano (Op. 17) (1936) is to be featured at the Manchester International Cello Festival played by Li-wei Qin with Jeremy Young (piano).

The concert takes place at 1pm on Saturday 8th May 2004 at the Royal Northern College of Music.
